SHARED VISIONS FULLFILLED
Private Individual
Restoration of an ODNR Class III dam with storage capacity of 56ac at a private lake. Project featured design of principal spillway and inlet, emergency spillway control section, completion of construction and final grading.
City of St. Clairsville
Diversified Engineering provided conceptual layout and planning services for this project, including tunnel restoration, slope restoration and handled grant applications as well.
Bob Huggins Basketball Camp
Diversified Engineering provided design and layout services for a trail and bridge within a flood plain. The bridge was engineered to withstand ponding and flowing water during flood season. In addition, basketball courts were designed and laid out.
American Landfill
This wetland restoration project covered a 10.36-acre wetland. Diversified Engineering handled design plans, permitting NOI and mitigation. Other aspects of the project included storm water control, site topography and an inline water control structure.
Guernsey County CDC
Diversified Engineering provided conceptual layout for this Rails to Trails project. The project included development of 5 miles of trails, parking lot with trail head parking, and design and layout for remote airplane parking, horse riding arena, and restroom facilities.
Harrison Landfill
Design of a 28-acre wetland, including design pans, storm water control, site topography, inline water control structure, mitigation and permitting NOI.
Village of Malvern
Over 6,000 linear feet of waterline was place, with 22 valves and 6 hydrants installed. Project culminated with pavement and lawn restoration.
Village of West Lafayette
Modification of waste water treatment plant including waste water piping, 14 valves and pavement of access road. Construction was monitored weekly.
Village of Sugarcreek
This project included waterline placement, waterline reconnection, storm sewer replacement and installation of two catch basins. To complete the project pavement and cement sidewalks also had to be replaced. Construction monitoring was conducted weekly.
City of New Philadelphia
This project featured 770 linear feet of roadway surface drainage improvements, incorporating hot taps and shut-off valves into existing waterline, one fire hydrant, sidewalk, wheelchair inserts in sidewalk, centerline re-profiling and 431 linear feet of 8" iron waterline. Staff also handled daily construction monitoring.
City of New Philadelphia
Project consisted of 2,131 linear feet of 60" storm sewer and 807 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer, with 4,000 square yards of full width pavement overlay. Daily construction monitoring was performed.
Noble County, Ohio
Well pad construction on a 30-acre site, with 60,000-yard earthwork. 25 test pits and 9 boreholes. Project constructed in 18 days.
Anderson Propane
Initiated soil and plant sampling, tested for hydric soils, filed out ORAM report and EPA-PTI paperwork and created a mitigation design. This project included plant and macroinvertebrate identification, soil classification and determination of scoring boundaries.
Guernsey County, Ohio
Well pad construction on 15-acre site, with 29 test pits and 7 boreholes. Project was completed in under one month.
Dino Piergallini & Sons Equipment
Waste water pond water and soil sampling to obtain site-specific permits for the EPA. Project was completed in 6 days.
Miller Septic Design
Design and engineering of a new onsite treatment facility on a 1.5-acre site. Featured 360 feet of leach field, and a dosing tank and septic tank were installed Included property survey, soil sampling, 2 probe readings and 4 test pits.
Waste Management
Installation of 61 drilled wells, with 20,946 feet of piping connecting wells together. 70.5-acre site covered. Project constructed in two months.
Antero Resources
Nine-month project featuring a 20-million-gallon capacity fresh water impoundment with geocomposite under the drain system and a geosynthetic membrane liner.
Noble County, Ohio
Well pad construction on 26-acre site with 65,000 yards' earthwork, with 4 boreholes and 19 test pits. Project constructed in two months.

Well pad construction on 15-acre site with 32,000 yards' surface soil, with 4 boreholes and 5 test pits. Project constructed in two months.

Well pad construction on 14-acre site with 140,000 yards' earthwork, including 16 test pits and 4 boreholes. Project constructed in two months.
Diversified Engineering
Two story masonry building with full basement, laboratory, training and storage facility. 54'x100' footprint and 16,356 sq. ft. DEI personnel served as engineer and general contractor for project.
This project incorporated engineering of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, pump station, water line, site grading plan, street design and construction staking.
Tuscarawas County Humane Society
Pre-engineered metal building measuring 134' x 46' and 6,313 sq. ft. The building features four rooms dedicated to cats with an outdoor play area, as well as a cat isolation room, and 33 dog kennels with an outside access room. The facility also features office and reception space, an adoption room, a procedure room, dog wash area, and laundry.
CNL Income Lakefront Marina
ALTA-ACSM survey and FEMA flood elevation certificates for a 480-slip marina located on 32 acres of Lake Erie Shoreline. The project was performed using a combination of GPS and conventional survey technologies.
UAW Ford Family Learning Center & Regency Hospital Corp., LLC
ALTA-ACSM survey of UAW Ford Learning Center, a daycare, situated on 8,676 acres of land.
Wood’s Tall Timber Lake Resort Community Center
Surveying, mapping, design and engineering of a 17,000-gpd wastewater treatment system to handle increased flows from the construction of a proposed community center at the resort, as well as to replace the existing septic system. Valued at approximately $200,000, the system design included a new aeration treatment system, surface sand filters and ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
Lewis Center Regional Medical Center
Surveying, mapping, site plan and building design, construction plans, specifications and construction management services for a 6.5 million dollar medical complex encompassing 35,000 sq. ft. of floor space on a 4-acre site.
Buckeye Career Center
Project featured a 103 Parking stall area with two 12' bus lanes. It aslo included sidewalk replacement, new catch basins and ADA Ramps.
Buckeye Career Center
$2.5 15,000 sq. ft. equipment resource training facility located in New Philadelphia. The project consisted of a masonry and light gauge metal roof truss, 60 foot structure with vocational classroom spaces and restrooms, as well as two pre-engineered metal building structures to be used for vocational lab spaces.

Surveying, engineering, construction layout and inspection for a $300,000 road rehabilitation and resurfacing project.
City of New Philadelphia, Ohio
Design, engineering, construction layout and inspection for a storm sewer system developed to eliminate a long-standing problem with ponding water along the two streets.

ALTA-ACSM land title survey of Friendship Village. DEI utilized a combination of digital orthophotography, GPS and conventional surveying technologies to map the 29-acre retirement village, consisting of a 3.6-acre, multi-story assisted care center and 38 duplex living units.
Bankfirst, Dayton Healthcare Investors, Dayton Senior Care, Covington
ALTA-ACSM survey of Friendship Village, an office/residential complex and planned unit development project.
NAPA Auto Parts
As part of a 3.5-acre expansion to a commercial shopping plaza, Diversified Engineering provided the surveying, mapping and design services for the construction of a 9,500 sq. ft. NAPA Auto Parts Store valued at approximately $500,000. Professional services included building design and site planning, lighting and electrical design, construction plans and specifications, as well as construction management services.
Wallhouse Coffee
As part of a 3.5 acre expansion to a commercial shopping plaza, Diversified Engineering provided the surveying, mapping and design services for the construction of a 2,558 sq. ft. coffeehouse. Professional services included building design, site planning, lighting and electrical design, construction plans and specifications, as well as construction management services.
Sugarcreek Shopping Center
As part of a 2.5 acre commercial shopping plaza, Diversified Engineering provided the surveying, mapping and design services for the construction of an 11,000 sq. ft. shopping center. Professional services included building design, site planning, lighting and electrical design, construction plans and specifications.
Foltz-Martin LLC
ALTA-ACSM survey of a former Target store located on a 15-acre parcel, situated in a suburb of Toledo, Ohio.Subsequent to the completion of the survey, DEI has worked with the owner to subdivide the site to create three additional sites for a bank and two restaurants.
Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
ALTA-ACSM survey of a former Wal-Mart located on a 9.2366-acre parcel, situated in Warren County.
Oak Shadows Subdivision
Surveying, planning, engineering and construction document preparation for the sewers, water and paving improvements required to service the 81 lots in a 67.7-acre single-family development.
KMC Properties Company, LLC
Preparation of boundary and topographic maps, ALTA-ACSM title surveys, grading and site utility plans, storm water retention management plan and construction layout staking for a 127,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility situated on a very flat 50-acre site that borders protected wetlands.
Republic Services of Ohio
ALTA-ACSM survey of a former industrial plant currently being used as a solid waste transfer station. The survey involved the retracement of a portion of three unimproved subdivisions located in the industrial area of Canton. Significant portions of the area had been razed, obliterating houses as well as original survey monumentation.
Prologis
ALTA-ACSM land title survey of the 50-plus-acre Prologis Park Industrial Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Due to the proximity of buildings and mature trees which precluded the use of GPS methods, the project was completed using conventional ground surveying technology.

Surveying, mapping and preparation of site development plans for a 10 million dollar 101,000 sq. ft. cold-storage produce facility.
North Star Metals
Electrical system design for a 27,000 square foot industrial building on a 9.8-acre site, as well as mapping and design services for the proposed onsite wastewater treatment and disposal facility.
Skyline Corporation
Design, engineering, EPA submittals and approvals for three lift stations and a new sanitary force main to eliminate a small package wastewater treatment system and transport the sewage to the municipality’s sanitary sewer system.
