Redevelopment of Rail Beds to Trail
Diversified Engineering provided conceptual layout for this Rails to Trails project. The project included development of 5 miles of trails, parking lot with trail head parking, and design and layout for remote airplane parking, horse riding arena, and restroom facilities.

Surveying, mapping and preparation of site development for a 40-unit upscale residential development on 200 acres of land.
New Animal Shelter Facility
Pre-engineered metal building measuring 134' x 46' and 6,313 sq. ft. The building features four rooms dedicated to cats with an outdoor play area, as well as a cat isolation room, and 33 dog kennels with an outside access room. The facility also features office and reception space, an adoption room, a procedure room, dog wash area, and laundry.
