Oak Shadows Subdivision
Surveying, planning, engineering and construction document preparation for the sewers, water and paving improvements required to service the 81 lots in a 67.7-acre single-family development.
Walking Trail Development
Diversified Engineering provided design and layout services for a trail and bridge within a flood plain. The bridge was engineered to withstand ponding and flowing water during flood season. In addition, basketball courts were designed and laid out.
Sanitary Force Main
Design, engineering, EPA submittals and approvals for three lift stations and a new sanitary force main to eliminate a small package wastewater treatment system and transport the sewage to the municipalityâs sanitary sewer system.
