11,000 sq. ft. Shopping Center
As part of a 2.5 acre commercial shopping plaza, Diversified Engineering provided the surveying, mapping and design services for the construction of an 11,000 sq. ft. shopping center. Professional services included building design, site planning, lighting and electrical design, construction plans and specifications.
Sanitary Force Main
Design, engineering, EPA submittals and approvals for three lift stations and a new sanitary force main to eliminate a small package wastewater treatment system and transport the sewage to the municipalityâs sanitary sewer system.
Redevelopment of Rail Beds to Trail
Diversified Engineering provided conceptual layout for this Rails to Trails project. The project included development of 5 miles of trails, parking lot with trail head parking, and design and layout for remote airplane parking, horse riding arena, and restroom facilities.
