As part of a 2.5 acre commercial shopping plaza, Diversified Engineering provided the surveying, mapping and design services for the construction of an 11,000 sq. ft. shopping center. Professional services included building design, site planning, lighting and electrical design, construction plans and specifications.
Shopping Plaza Expansion
As part of a 3.5-acre expansion to a commercial shopping plaza, Diversified Engineering provided the surveying, mapping and design services for the construction of a 9,500 sq. ft. NAPA Auto Parts Store valued at approximately $500,000. Professional services included building design and site planning, lighting and electrical design, construction plans and specifications, as well as construction management services.
Sanitary Force Main
Design, engineering, EPA submittals and approvals for three lift stations and a new sanitary force main to eliminate a small package wastewater treatment system and transport the sewage to the municipalityâs sanitary sewer system.
