New Animal Shelter Facility
Pre-engineered metal building measuring 134' x 46' and 6,313 sq. ft. The building features four rooms dedicated to cats with an outdoor play area, as well as a cat isolation room, and 33 dog kennels with an outside access room. The facility also features office and reception space, an adoption room, a procedure room, dog wash area, and laundry.
Residential Development Site Planning
Surveying, mapping and preparation of site development for a 40-unit upscale residential development on 200 acres of land.
Shopping Plaza Expansion
As part of a 3.5 acre expansion to a commercial shopping plaza, Diversified Engineering provided the surveying, mapping and design services for the construction of a 2,558 sq. ft. coffeehouse. Professional services included building design, site planning, lighting and electrical design, construction plans and specifications, as well as construction management services.
