Sanitary Storm Sewer
Project consisted of 2,131 linear feet of 60" storm sewer and 807 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer, with 4,000 square yards of full width pavement overlay. Daily construction monitoring was performed.
31-Unit Condo Development
Design, preparation of construction plans, and preparation of final condominium filing documents for a 31-unit development situated on a 6.5-acre site.
Residential Development
This project incorporated engineering of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, pump station, water line, site grading plan, street design and construction staking.
