Shopping Plaza Expansion
As part of a 3.5-acre expansion to a commercial shopping plaza, Diversified Engineering provided the surveying, mapping and design services for the construction of a 9,500 sq. ft. NAPA Auto Parts Store valued at approximately $500,000. Professional services included building design and site planning, lighting and electrical design, construction plans and specifications, as well as construction management services.
31-Unit Condo Development
Design, preparation of construction plans, and preparation of final condominium filing documents for a 31-unit development situated on a 6.5-acre site.
Redevelopment of Rail Beds to Trail
Diversified Engineering provided conceptual layout for this Rails to Trails project. The project included development of 5 miles of trails, parking lot with trail head parking, and design and layout for remote airplane parking, horse riding arena, and restroom facilities.
