Wetland Design
Design of a 28-acre wetland, including design plans, storm water control, site topography, inline water control structure, mitigation and permitting NOI.
Shopping Plaza Expansion
As part of a 3.5 acre expansion to a commercial shopping plaza, Diversified Engineering provided the surveying, mapping and design services for the construction of a 2,558 sq. ft. coffeehouse. Professional services included building design, site planning, lighting and electrical design, construction plans and specifications, as well as construction management services.
Sanitary Storm Sewer
Project consisted of 2,131 linear feet of 60" storm sewer and 807 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer, with 4,000 square yards of full width pavement overlay. Daily construction monitoring was performed.
