Shopping Plaza Expansion
As part of a 3.5 acre expansion to a commercial shopping plaza, Diversified Engineering provided the surveying, mapping and design services for the construction of a 2,558 sq. ft. coffeehouse. Professional services included building design, site planning, lighting and electrical design, construction plans and specifications, as well as construction management services.
14-Unit Condo Development
Design, preparation of construction plans, and preparation of final condominium filing documents for a 14-unit condominium development situated on a 3-acre site.
Site Borderd Protected Wetlands
Preparation of boundary and topographic maps, ALTA-ACSM title surveys, grading and site utility plans, storm water retention management plan and construction layout staking for a 127,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility situated on a very flat 50-acre site that borders protected wetlands.
